Simply click "Open A Ticket," select the appropriate category for your inquiry, and fill out the form. Selecting the proper ticket category helps to speed up the process and will get you your answer faster.
Note that inquiries to "Bug Reports" cannot be processed unless they are accompanied by a full System Report (this page explains how to create the report). Your inquiry should ideally be in English or German; other languages will take longer.
NOTE: You are NOT required to register or log in to open a ticket! But you may do so if you wish to read replies online (e.g, if you have limited access to your usual email). Another benefit of logging in is the convenient access to your complete history of interaction with the ATLAS.ti support staff ("My Ticket History").
